Reconfigured and refreshed in an extensive series of refit works last year, ILLUSION II is back on the charter market offering a superb variety of living spaces and features with a unique, distinctive style. A 40m (131ft) tri-deck yacht with an extended beach club stern, she’s designed to host up to 12 guests on board in a configurable six-cabin layout, with eight crew at your service.

Thanks to her innovative layout, this yacht is a great choice for several couples with kids sharing a charter. She’s also ideal for one extended family, or indeed for a group of friends.

Three of the guest cabins have king size beds – and it’s a tough call deciding which one to choose. On the bridge deck perhaps, with an L-shaped sofa in the cabin, elevated views and doors leading out onto the upper aft deck? Maybe you’d prefer the stylish, full-beam suite that adjoins the main deck lounge, with its capacious walk-in wardrobe. Or how about the king size double right up front on the main deck, with doors leading out onto the foredeck? There’s a further double cabin plus two twins that convert into doubles, so the accommodation is versatile enough suit a very wide range of needs.

The main deck living space is the key indoor social hub – bright, sociable and stylish with a lounge and a large table for fine dining. It flows out onto the main deck aft and there are good sea views from anywhere inside.

Up on the breezy sun deck, you’ll have a spacious lounge area with seating in both sun and shade plus a sunbathing zone up forward with a jacuzzi pool for a cooling dip and a broad expanse of sunpads to stretch out on. The upper aft deck is huge, with a big dining table in the shade of the sundeck overhang, plus another large open-air lounge. And the main deck aft, which forms an equally big mezzanine lounge with the extended bathing platform/beach club area, provides a third remarkably spacious outdoor area, so three separate groups can socialise in their own spaces on different levels, or the whole group can gather together in comfort and style.

She is well equipped for watersports, with an inventory that includes a tender with a powerful outboard, jet skis and SeaBobs, paddleboards and a kayak, a wakeboard and kneeboard, waterskis for all ages, a windsurfer, inflatable tows and more.
