What an amazing morning you’ve had, and the day just keeps improving! You’d arrived on board STARDUST OF MARY the previous day and been welcomed with drinks by her professional captain and full crew compliment.

You’d asked to spend your first night at anchor, where you and your family and friends could enjoy the sunset from the glorious forward al fresco lounge. The captain had delivered a tranquil anchorage with an uninterrupted view to watch the sun dip below the horizon. Canapes were served while you watched a kaleidoscope of colour fill the skies above. Dinner was taken in the cockpit, the warm breeze filling the air with the aroma from the galley, whetting everyone’s appetite. As the fine dining creations adorned the table, conversation filled the air.

Post-dinner drinks were served in the refurbished (2020) main lounge, with cosy leather sofas allowing all on board to relax before a late-night movie was enjoyed by those who wanted to – it had been the perfect start to your holiday on board.

You’re now reflecting as you watch STARDUST OF MARY’s professional chef at work, elegantly cooking lunch in the yacht’s bar and grill area. If the morning’s breakfast buffet was anything to go by, you and your guests are in for a fantastic gastronomic treat.

Conversation centres around the morning’s activities. Some of your guests took the electric surfboard like a duck to water, others more like a stone to water; the bigger the splash, the more fun it was! The children loved being towed at speed on various inflatables while you and your partner managed to get some quiet time together on the SUPs. After lunch, the captain promises a stunning snorkelling spot to enjoy. At 28 knots, STARDUST OF MARY will make short work of the miles, allowing you to travel further in less time so you can make the most of every destination.

The snorkelling exceeded expectations, and the afternoon was spent deciding which sunpad was the best; with a collection of sun loungers, forward and aft sunpads, it was a difficult task, but one the children rose to. While some had decided to use the deck shower, you’d prefer to make the most of the marble-lined en suite bathroom in the master suite to freshen up before going to explore ashore.

Had it only been 24 hours on board? This was the start of an unforgettable holiday!
