Burgess Blue Oceans Impact Report 2025
Why TOSUN is the Benetti Oasis buyers can't ignore
Published 11 mai 2026
The 40-meter superyacht segment has always been buoyant. Incredibly versatile and packing a punch into their sub-500GT size, these yachts are well suited to a broad range of owners – from private family use and first-time ownership to those looking for a successful charter platform.
And when it comes to Italy, they’re building more yachts in this segment than anyone else. Leading the charge is Benetti, with its series of popular models including the Oasis 40m.
One of the standout opportunities from the Oasis 40m series – one of only two currently for sale – is TOSUN. The best-value Oasis 40m available on today’s market, she is the eighth hull in the series and has been privately operated by the same owner since delivery in 2022.
We spoke to Monaco-based sales broker Thibault Roi to find out why TOSUN is a smart move, and what makes her such a compelling purchase opportunity.
Why has the Benetti Oasis 40 series proven to be so successful?
The Benetti Oasis 40 is arguably one of the most successful series ever built. The Oasis Deck – an open beach club concept – completely changed the direction of yacht exterior design, across both semi-custom and custom sectors. Providing guests with a more direct connection to the sea, it replaced the once-popular enclosed beach club with this brilliant open space.
What makes TOSUN a standout yacht in today’s market, especially within the 40-50m range which can be crowded?
TOSUN is very competitively priced following a recent EUR 500,000 price reduction. Available immediately, she has completed all warranty works, has seen only light use, and is presented in turnkey condition for the season ahead.
What are your favourite features on board, and are there any features that clients wouldn’t expect for a yacht of this size?
The Oasis deck is her defining feature, and the key selling point of the series. An exceptional feature at sea, it creates an incredible exterior space that expands thanks to unfolding balconies, an infinity pool, and direct access to the main saloon. Her flybridge is also impressive for a 40m, alongside a flexible layout with five spacious cabins, two saloons, and a gym/massage room.

What kind of owner is TOSUN perfect for?
Anyone, really. She packs in many features more commonly found on larger yachts, yet at 40m she can still access almost any port. Combined with long-range capability and economical cruising speeds, she’s perfectly suited to exploring the Mediterranean, Caribbean, or Bahamas.
Is TOSUN a good yacht for someone looking for a charter machine?
Absolutely. She is a recent build with an exceptional array of desirable features and the capability to accommodate up to 10 guests. We have several Benetti yachts within the Burgess charter fleet which have proven highly successful, and believe TOSUN would follow suit should a new owner decide to place her on the charter market. Given her commercial build spec, we estimate she could achieve a charter rate in excess of EUR 245,000 per week during high season.
Why should a buyer act now, rather than waiting for another opportunity in this segment?
She will likely be gone before the summer, so interested parties shouldn’t delay. Don’t miss out. Her sistership currently listed for sale is asking EUR 5,2000,000 more, while a new build Benetti would come at a significantly higher price point, with several years to wait before delivery.
Step on board TOSUN
On the market for EUR 20,900,000 and currently lying in Spain, TOSUN is available for inspection and we’d urge anyone interested to get in touch to step on board.
