Dave has a huge amount of experience in payroll implementation and systems work, having worked across a wide range of industries and payroll sizes – from small teams right up to organisations with tens of thousands of employees. Used to fast‑moving environments and tricky deadlines, he loves finding smarter, quicker ways to get things done and has a real talent for turning complicated processes into simple, efficient solutions.

Dave has held roles with Iris Software Group, Oleeo, Trace Payroll Services and several major organisations through consulting projects. He’s experienced, approachable, and always happy to help.

Outside work, Dave has recently retired from playing rugby for Bec Old Boys RFC, but he remains a keen supporter of the club and attends as many matches as he can. Dave has recently joined the Sing Streatham choir after many years of ‘unofficial’ karaoke singing.
