BURGESS SELLS THREE YACHTS IN ONE WEEK

In one week, the Burgess brokerage team has closed the sale on three of its yachts, totalling 104m. ESPRESSO, RED ANCHOR and SELENE were each sold within six months of being listed with Burgess.

Firstly, built in 2009 by Horizon Yachts, 37.2m (122ft) motor yacht ESPRESSO joined the Burgess sales fleet on 12 October 2016 and was sold on 26 April 2017. She expertly combines luxury with first rate technical capabilities. With her chic interior penned by Dutch design house Guido de Groot Design ESPRESSO presents immaculately and is sure to offer a good return for her new owner on the charter market.

The 2009 Benetti Classic 36.6m RED ANCHOR (120.1ft) was first listed on 25 October 2016 and by 25 April 2017, six months later, she was sold. Boasting a Benetti dream team build of Italian-based Stefano Righini for the exterior and France-based Francois Zuretti for her interior styling, she is a popular choice on today’s market.

Delivered in 2009, the Dutch built 30.1m (98.9ft) SELENE was listed with Burgess for six months before being sold to her new owner in The Bahamas on 28 April 2017. The Burgess team showcased her in the American brokerage shows; Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Yachts Miami Beach and finally Palm Beach where her new owner was found. She is a beautiful example of a Northern European pedigree build boasting masterful engineering with stunning interior design by Rhoades Young, and her impressive history reads of responsible ownership by established yachting families. She joins her new owner in turn key condition and is highly regarded as the ideal platform for relaxed extended cruising.
