Burgess is delighted to announce the sale of MIA ELISE and ILLIQUID in one day.

A great week for the US brokerage division as two of its American-built high quality listings sell. Following a successful US show season with Palm Beach and the Miami International Yacht Show, the US has witnessed a high interest in its fleet.

Following a USD three million refit that included her ABS five year survey and full paint job, 50m Trinity Yachts MIA ELISE has now been sold. Her interior was masterminded by the renowned Patrick Knowles and it provides luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests in six cabins. Offering an excellent layout coupled with zero speed stabilisers, MIA ELISE is sure to maximise any returns as a highly successful charter yacht.

ILLIQUID was the most recent Broward of her size on the market today. Her previous owner has brought her up to a high standard via meticulous maintenance periods throughout the past five years. Her large windows and country kitchen layout give an expansive feeling to the main deck. Designed with entertainment in mind, the sun deck features a custom hard top, large seating and dining area, bar and a jacuzzi. The lower deck offers accommodation for up to eight guests in four well-appointed cabins.
