New to the sales fleet.

Following a very busy first quarter of 2021, we are delighted to welcome to our sales fleet three more yachts: the 60.4m Feadship ROCK.IT, the 54.7m expedition yacht LATITUDE and the 35m wave piercing catamaran SPIRIT.

Though very different in design, all three are MCA compliant with very successful records as charter yachts.

ROCK.IT

ROCK.IT is a 60.4m (197.9ft) displacement motor yacht with an internal volume of 1,052GT. She was designed inside and out by the award winning Dutch studio Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and delivered by Feadship, De Vries - a shipyard that needs no introduction - in 2014. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure were engineered by De Voogt and built to Lloyd's classification. 'She is exquisite,' said lead broker Rupert Nelson. 'Pedigree simply does not get better than this and she has clearly been cherished by her current owner. This yacht is in outstanding condition.'

She has always been operated professionally, relentlessly maintained and upgraded, and an extensive refit in 2020 saw her five year survey completed and all her mechanical systems overhauled. Huge external spaces include a sun deck with jacuzzi, fully equipped bar, several lounging areas and dayhead. There is open air dining and a sun lounge on the bridge deck aft, another spacious, welcoming lounge area on the main deck aft and folding balconies port and starboard on sidedecks that lead to the foredeck. Add to that transatlantic range and Quantum stabilisers underway and at anchor and you have the complete yachting experience.

Asking EUR 52,500,000, she is lying in the Gulf of California, Mexico where she definitely merits inspection to appreciate the rare opportunity she presents. This is superyacht design, construction and operation at its absolute best.

LATITUDE

The 54.7m (179.4ft) expedition yacht LATITUDE is a former commercial vessel, built in steel to Bureau Veritas classification and originally delivered in 1973 by the German shipyard Hitzler Schiffswerft. She was converted into an expedition yacht between 2003-06 and completed a 24-month refit in June 2020, which included extensive upgrades and all-new toys. Since then she has been a popular charter yacht exploring the islands of French Polynesia. With a 10,000nm range at a cruising speed of eight knots, she has the capability to operate anywhere in the world.

Her commercial origins mean that she has huge amounts of versatile deck space. Her flybridge deck offers commanding views from its three tiered teak decks. Currently the central deck spaces are used for yoga and sun lounging, down a few steps there is gym equipment to port and a meditation space to starboard. The aft facing owner's suite is on the bridge deck, overlooking the open air dining and huge pool on the forecastle deck with steps leading down to the helipad and toy storage area, complete with launch crane, and there is a swim platform aft.

Inside on the forecastle deck is the Great Room, a large space with formal dining, a fully equipped sit-up bar and a dayhead forward, and two lounging areas aft, one with a 50in TV for movie nights. Below on the main deck are three double cabins and two twin cabins forward and there is a sauna, shower, dayhead and a large fishing tackle room aft.

LATITUDE is asking USD 17,500,000 and available to view in Papeete, French Polynesia, remotely or in person. Yachts of this capability are few and far between and this one comes with a strong charter following.

SPIRIT

35m (114.8ft) SPIRIT is the world's largest wave piercing catamaran currently available for sale and asking USD 7,900,000.

Built in composite to ABS classification and delivered in 2005 by New Zealand Yachts, she won multiple awards for both her Bakewell-White exterior design and engineering and her Ken Freivokh interior. With a beam of 10.8m (35.4ft) she has 304GT of internal volume and deck spaces equivalent to a 45m monohull, as well as natural form stability at anchor. Her slender hulls and 2.1m (6.9ft) draft give her outstanding fuel efficiency and access to lagoons and reefs systems beyond the reach of most yachts.

A rare feature is the hydraulic platform between the two hulls that serves as a huge main deck aft extension when raised and a step-free bathing platform and tender recovery system when lowered to 1m (3ft) below the water. A wide ranging refit in 2016-17 saw her completely overhauled mechanically, upgraded technically and her double skinned hulls repainted. Based in North Queensland, she is a well established star of the charter scene in Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and beyond into the South Pacific.

'She comes with a fully registered commercial Charter and Management business, Great Barrier Reef cruising permit, extensive marketing assets, a long standing, hugely experienced crew and award winning accommodation for up to 12 guests,' said Sydney based lead broker Chris Santon. 'If you are looking for a turnkey commercial operation, or an exceptional private yacht, in one of the most beautiful cruising grounds in the world, SPIRIT has to be on your radar. We would be happy to arrange inspections in between her busy charter schedule, either virtually or in person. Also she has her class survey booked for July, which is a great opportunity for a pre-purchase survey.'
