CL106 is a 32.82m (107.7ft) 210GT GRP planning yacht built by Custom Line. Her naval architecture is by Ferretti Group Engineering. Her interior and exterior styling are by Studio Francesco Paszkowski Design. She was built to RINA C + HULL, · MACH, Y, Unrestricted navigation certification.

CL106 has an upper deck that incorporates a flybridge and can be accessed from the raised wheelhouse. Forward, on the flybridge, is the exterior helm to port and a wet bar area to starboard. There is L-shaped sofa seating beneath the shade of the hardtop, with the option of a formal dining area here too, and to the rear is a sun lounger area. The port side deck leads to a Portuguese bridge lounge area with bench seating hi-lo tables, and sunpads. A walkway forward leads to two large sunpads; one on each side. From the forward lounge, steps to starboard lead down to the main deck. On the aft deck, there is sofa seating and access to the swim platform, tender garage and beach club area.

She can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins. The guest accommodation is on the lower and main deck. On the lower deck, there are two double VIP suites, each with outboard-facing berths and en suite heads with large separate shower compartments. Forward are two twin-berth cabins, each with en suite heads and a shower. Forward of the guest accommodation is the crew mess and accommodation. On the main deck, the full-beam owner's suite is forward. It has a full-beam his and hers en suite heads, forward, with a large, shared shower compartment. To starboard the suite has a fold-down balcony, aft is a dressing room. Abaft of the owner's suite are the galley, day heads, and entrance foyer. In the saloon, the formal dining area is forward. Aft is L-shaped sofa seating.

She has an aft drive-in tender garage. The transom door can be operated as a top-hinged or bottom hinged door to give versatile access.

CL106 is powered by either two 2,200 hp MTU 16V 2000M86 engines or two 2,600 hp MTU 16V 2000M96L engines. The M86 units give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 23 knots. The M96L units give her a cruising speed of 22 knots and a maximum speed of 26 knots. She has a cruising range of 1,050nm at her economic cruising speed of 12 knots. She is fitted with fin zero speed stabilisers.
