First launch of 2026: Benetti Class 44

We are delighted to announce the launch of PAPER MOON – the 10th hull in Benetti's Class 44 series and a project that has been a close collaboration between Burgess and the shipyard.

Originally sold by Peter Brown, Senior Partner and Senior Sales Broker, to the owners in 2024, the team has overseen the build from the outset, with Barry Gray, Burgess' Technical Representative in Italy, as Project Manager

At 44.1m (144.6ft), this yacht was built for experienced owners who took advantage of the full suite of Burgess services including crew management and yacht management. It's a great example of how Burgess can streamline the owner experience from build to management and beyond.

The Class 44 is the largest fibreglass yacht produced by Benetti, conceived to deliver the ultimate liveability at sea, with both exterior and interior design created in collaboration with Cassetta Yacht Designers. The second Class 44 overseen by the Burgess New Build Sales team, she highlights the value of having integrated commercial, technical, and on-site expertise supporting you throughout the build process.
