CLASSIC BEAUTY: SAILING SUPERYACHT ATALANTE JOINS THE BURGESS FLEET

Sailing the warm waters of the Caribbean this winter, the 38.7 metre (127ft) sailing yacht ATALANTE joined the Burgess global charter fleet in December 2015.

Built by Claasen Shipyard in 2015 to the drawings of Hoek Designs, she elegantly combines the classic beauty derived from the 1930s with superb sailing performance. Aesthetics aside, ATALANTE confidently pleases as a charter boat while still boasting the capacity to expertly perform in cups and regattas.

ATALANTE is a true yachtsman’s favourite; she was built with competitive racing in mind while not compromising on guest comfort. She boasts three cabins to accommodate six guests plus ample deck and lounging space. Her owner envisaged a yacht large enough to manage the requirements of today’s charter guest but small enough to maintain intimate contact with the water, what emerged is a timeless yacht complete with chic interior décor, ultramodern equipment and super social areas. An experienced crew of four take care of all guest’s needs.
