Your day starts in your master suite, forward on the main deck. You open your eyes to the morning sun flooding in, touching on the warm bird's eye walnut cabinetry. You’ll want to linger in your private en suite bathroom but the day beckons. Slip on something cool and stroll down the side deck to breakfast. Served on the wide teak aft deck, the table welcomes you with fresh flowers and the scent of coffee.

Your guests emerge from their suites on the lower and upper decks feeling soothed by the peace of being at the sea. Over breakfast the children plan their day, and you know that they are safe in the water with the professional crew on hand. The inflatable slide is ready from the top deck to the sea, and the floating jungle gym is tethered astern. Later they have been promised water-skiing lessons on the child-size skis.

A leisurely breakfast is a joy, and chef has baked honey pasties to go with your coffee, whizzed-up smoothies and scrambled eggs. When you can pull yourself away, the crew have the beach club set up. Just step down to the floating docks off the swim platform. The waverunners and flyboards are ready for a morning of wild fun. Or take the paddleboards to quietly explore the nearby coastline.

Sun lovers will find their mecca on the sun deck. This deck is zoned into three areas, with a central covered lounge-bar. The BBQ is fired-up for lunch as some of your party have been fishing, so a seafood platter with fresh-picked herbs and lemons is on the menu. In the afternoon take a trip into port on the 11.9m (39ft) Nor-Tech tender. This stable vessel will get you there in elegant comfort to explore the shops and sights.

Tonight you’re fine dining aboard and the table glistens with silver and glassware. Lalique-style carved glass panels line the wall by the high-gloss table. Gather at the lounge’s marble bar before dinner and enjoy the anchorage views through the curved glass doors. Later you’ll take the grand central stairs, ornate with stylised murals, to the sky lounge ‘James Bond’ bar to keep the party going into the dusk. This is the cruising life!
