Offered for charter in sparkling condition, INS LAND is a handsome 36m (137ft) tri-deck yacht that bears the key hallmarks of the Sanlorenzo shipyard: luxe-Italian design and a clever configuration of living space. A crew of six will deliver attentive service throughout your time on board.

Her sun deck lives up to its name with dedicated sunbathing zones fore and aft. In between them there’s a lounge and a bar, with ample shade from a hardtop above. Glass rails all round provide a windbreak without interrupting your view of the sea.

The upper deck is a great example of Sanlorenzo’s creative use of space. It’s an asymmetric configuration, with a companionway on the port side only. This provides a seamless connection between the spacious aft deck, with its full-beam lounge and dining areas, and the mezzanine foredeck space. Here you’ll have a sociable lounge on the upper deck level and steps leading down to a more secluded sunbathing area on the bow, with two large day beds on the main deck level.

There’s also a seamless flow between the sky lounge and upper aft deck, which together form a large inside-outside space. When the yacht is anchored, a large fold out balcony can be lowered alongside, expanding the lounge and giving a feeling of space and connection to the outside.

The main deck lounge also has wide-opening aft doors, so there’s an easy flow between the sumptuous lounge and the aft deck, which has ample seating in a choice of sun or shade. There’s a formal dining area at the forward end of the lounge and an elegant staircase leads up and down to the other two decks of guest accommodation.

All the way forward on the main deck level is the master suite, which includes a full-beam dressing room in addition to the main cabin and its en suite bathroom. The suite also has a private staircase with direct access to the foredeck seating area, so you can step straight out into the open air. The other four guest cabins are two VIP doubles and a pair of convertible double/twin-bed cabins, all finished in the same clean, contemporary style.

Another innovative feature is the bathing platform. The aft quarter bulwarks fold down on both sides of the yacht, creating a 19sqm walk-around space for swimming, lounging at the water’s edge, and launching her fleet of watersports toys which includes a large RIB, jetski, SeaBobs and more.
