Crystal Qu has joined us as charter broker and business development manager of Burgess Asia, based between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In her new role, she will primarily focus on expanding Burgess’ charter presence within Mainland Chinese clientele across the region.

Crystal brings with her a wealth of yachting experience. She began her career with Simpson Marine, spending 10 years managing yacht services in Shenzhen before establishing and growing the company’s yacht management department in Hong Kong. She later served as a project manager within the family office of a Burgess client, where she spent five years overseeing yacht acquisitions, operations, cruise planning, and new build projects.

Born and raised in China, Crystal completed her undergraduate studies before earning a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Gävle in Sweden. Outside of work, she is passionate about travelling, discovering new destinations, and exploring local culinary scenes.
 

屈琬媛现任 Burgess 游艇租赁经纪及亚洲市场开发经理，常驻深圳及香港。她主要负责拓展公司在中国的游艇租赁业务，并为区域客户提供定制化的游艇体验解决方案。

屈琬媛拥有逾15年的游艇行业经验。她的职业生涯始于 Simpson Marine，在深圳深耕游艇服务领域，并于香港建立及发展游艇管理业务。随后，她加入一位 Burgess 客户的家族办公室担任项目经理，负责游艇采购、运营管理、航线策划及新建项目的整体推进，积累了丰富的全流程经验。

屈琬媛出生并成长于中国，完成本科学习后，赴瑞典University of Gävle取得工业工程与管理硕士学位。她对旅行与目的地体验充满热情，亦热衷于探索不同文化与美食，这些兴趣也为她在打造个性化航海体验方面带来独特视角。
