Originally from Salcombe, South Devon, UK, Nicola grew up sailing with her family, developing an early and lasting connection to life on and around the water. She began her professional career in the superyacht industry in 1999 as a charter broker in the South of France, building a strong grounding in charter planning, client service, and operational coordination while working closely with owners, captains, and crews.

She later stepped away from full-time brokerage to focus on family life while managing international sailing racing projects. This period further strengthened her practical understanding of yacht operations and project management, experience that continues to inform her skilled and structured approach to charter brokerage.

Nicola returned to the superyacht charter industry in 2018 re-establishing herself within the global charter landscape. She divides her time between Monaco and Palm Beach. A MYBA member, she brings a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practice. An enthusiastic traveler who enjoys sailing with her young family, she brings a genuine feel for her clients and a clear understanding of how meaningful a yacht charter should feel. Taking a calm, client-focused approach to charter brokerage, Nicola places particular emphasis on understanding her clients’ individual requirements and translating them into seamless, well-coordinated and truly unforgettable charter experiences.
