Beth joined Burgess as a Crew Recruitment Coordinator, bringing with her five years of experience within the yachting industry. Her background includes working across crew uniform, watertoy rentals and charter operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both crew needs and on board life. She is organised, reliable and a detail-oriented person – if there is a list involved, she’s happy!

Out of working hours Beth makes the most of the outdoors, spending winters hiking in beautiful Mallorca and enjoying slower paced beach days in the summer whenever she can.
