Kit is a highly experienced legal and governance professional, bringing extensive expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and family and corporate governance. A British citizen and permanent resident of Guernsey, he has held senior roles across fiduciary services, private markets, and offshore law firms.

Kit holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, an LLB, and a distinction‑level diploma in company direction from the Institute of Directors. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Carbon Literacy accreditations.

He has advised family offices, private clients, and regulated entities on succession planning, sustainable finance, and compliance frameworks, and contributes to industry bodies including the Guernsey Association of Trustees and Sustainable Finance Guernsey Council.

Outside of work, Kit is a keen linguist and enthusiastic pub quiz competitor.
