With a strong background in CRM, Digital Transformation and helping teams get the most out of their systems through better processes, automation and user-focused solutions. Celine has worked across education, legal and creative sectors, supporting large user groups and collaborating with project teams, consultants and stakeholders to make their CRM Systems feel less overwhelming and more useful day-to-day.

Originally graduating with a BA in Graphic Design from Camberwell College of Arts, moving into CRM was definitely a bit of a career pivot - but really, both are similar in principle. It’s all about spotting problems, designing better solutions and bridging gaps between people, processes and technology. Celine has joined Burgess as CRM Systems Administrator to work alongside the data team in strengthening data integrity and helping maximise CRM to best support the business.

Outside of work, Celine enjoys Pilates, pottery and anything creative or hands-on. She loves collaborative environments, good conversations and finding simple ways to make complicated things work better.
