Madeleine’s passion for yachting was sparked while studying French at university, where a year abroad led her to Monaco and into a role as a brokerage assistant. The experience proved formative, cementing her ambition to build a long-term career in the industry.

After changing course and spending two years in London’s property sector, she has returned to yachting joining the Burgess Technical Services team, where she will be supporting our new build projects as well as the Technical Services team.
