Alfie joined Burgess in 2025 after working as a deckhand for four years on yachts ranging from 50 to 120 meters. Throughout his yachting career he spent time cruising both the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Prior to his yachting career he spent two years as a sailing instructor before taking the opportunity to obtain his Yachtmaster qualification at the age of 18.

Outside of work, he’s a passionate Arsenal FC supporter and plays 5 aside football each week. He has a keen interest in working on his personal cars with friends and family and is also in the process of figuring out golf.
