David is an ACA-qualified accountant who joined Burgess in April 2025. Prior to this, he spent five years at a mid-tier accountancy practice, working across audit and accounts engagements with clients in a variety of sectors. This experience developed his technical expertise, sharpened his analytical thinking, and gave him valuable insights into different business operations.

As a Management Accountant within the Yacht Management Finance team, David brings an analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient financial processes. His commitment to high standards supports the delivery of a reliable and responsive finance function.

Outside of work, David enjoys watching football, going to the gym, and travelling to new destinations. His professional approach and broad interests make him a valued member of the Burgess team.
