Elisa is originally from Turin, Italy, where she graduated in Business and Management. During her studies, she completed an internship in Cannes, which was her first introduction to the yachting industry. After that, she moved to London to work as a Charter Broker. She later returned to the South of France and spent six years working in Monaco in Yacht Management before joining Burgess in December 2025. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish, and French, and has lived in Spain, Germany, and the UK. After living in several countries, the South of France is now where she calls home.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with my family, playing tennis, sailing, and following Formula 1.
