Emili joined Burgess following five years as a senior deckhand aboard yachts ranging from 60m to 138m. During her time at sea, she cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Asia and the Maldives, gaining valuable first-hand experience of yacht operations and life on board.

Her practical yachting background gives Emili a strong understanding of the day-to-day demands faced by yachts and their crew. She now brings this experience to Yacht Management, where her knowledge of on board operations provides a valuable perspective when supporting the wider team and managed fleet.

Outside of work, Emili enjoys fitness and trail running, spending time with family and friends, baking sweet treats and travelling to new places.
