Louise rejoined the Burgess Charter Management team in 2025, bringing extensive industry experience and a long-standing connection to the company. She began her career at Burgess in 2001 after graduating from Newcastle University, managing a range of high-profile yachts including SEANNA, ALTITUDE, SLIPSTREAM, SILVER DREAM, TWIZZLE, LIONSHARE, and BIG D. After four years in London, she moved to Monaco to support the growth of the charter management, returning to the London office in 2008.

Louise took a career break in 2013 to focus on family, later spending five years at a UK-based company managing both retail and charter management activities. Since returning to Burgess, she has quickly re-established herself, taking on some of the busiest yachts in the fleet.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys countryside walks with her dog, skiing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
