Silvia joined Burgess in June 2025. Originally from Michigan, she has called Miami home for the past three years. With a Colombian mom and Midwestern roots, she was raised near the Great Lakes, spending summers boating, tubing, and enjoying family time at her cottage up north. She grew up loving life on the water and embraced the thrill of ice hockey when the lakes would freeze over.

Silvia studied marketing and business at Grand Valley State University before moving to Florida, where she earned her real estate license and began working in Miami’s vibrant real estate market. She also managed luxury Airbnb properties for a startup, combining hospitality, design, and attention to detail.

Before joining Burgess, Silvia worked as a travel nanny at Ocean Reef Club and Harbour Island. Outside of work, she loves the beach, volleyball, golden retrievers, music, road trips, homemade açaí bowls, and cheering on the Detroit Lions.
