EMOTION2 is a 43m (141ft) motor yacht constructed in composite to RINA classifications, with interior and exterior design by Zuccon International Project, and delivered by famed Italian shipyard CRN Ancona in 2007. MCA compliant, she is currently a much sought-after charter yacht in the Burgess fleet.

Always meticulously maintained and upgraded, she is fresh from her 15-year class survey. In the last five years she has had a full repaint, all batteries replaced, new generators, AVIT overhaul, her galley refitted, new gym equipment, new carpeting throughout, new foredeck teak decking, new beach club sauna and a host of other technical and cosmetic enhancements.

An unusually large sun deck has a jacuzzi forward nestling in a D-shaped sunpad and sofa seating forward of the mast. Aft of the mast there is a fully equipped wet bar, BBQ and a 70in TV flips down from the hardtop to create an outdoor cinema experience, watched from occasional seating on the versatile aft deck area. The aft deck doubles as a toy storage area with a deck crane and there is also a dayhead.

The upper deck aft has a large entertaining space with open-air dining shaded by the overhang, a sun lounge aft and a sit-up bar inside the sky lounge for refreshments. There is a lounge area with a daybed on the main deck aft and steps to starboard lead down to the swim platform. The transom folds down to create a larger deck space and inside sliding glass doors is a fully equipped gym and sauna. From the main deck aft sidedecks run forward to steps leading up to a Portuguese bridge lounge and access to the foredeck.

From the main deck aft, full-height sliding glass doors open into the main saloon, which has a fully equipped bar just inside, C-shaped sofa seating to port opposite a pop-up TV, and a formal dining area forward with a captivating backlit onyx panel. There is a dayhead off the main lobby and stairs spiral up to the upper deck lobby. Aft is the sky lounge with sit-up bar, again in backlit onyx, with lounge seating.

The owner’s suite is forward on the main deck and features a private office/lounge, walk-in wardrobe, his-and-hers marble bathroom with a shared shower and, uniquely, a bath on the balcony to starboard. On the lower deck two VIP suites, a double cabin and a twin cabin, all en suite, complete versatile family accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins. She also sleeps nine crew.

She has three tenders: one stowed aft on the lower deck, a rescue tender forward on the main deck and a 9.9m (32.5ft) Boston Whaler chase tender with 600hp outboard engines.

Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 3,000nm at her cruising speed of 12 knots. ABT-TRAC stabilisers ensure comfort underway and at anchor.
