The 45m (147.6ft) TANKOA T450 is built by the Italian yard Tankoa. She has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure and was designed by Giorgio Cassetta. She has a gross tonnage of 405GT and is built to RINA classification.
The TANKOA T450’s sun deck has a wet bar and al fresco lounge area forward. Moving aft, beneath the shade of the hardtop, is a formal dining area and shaded lounge area, to the rear is a jacuzzi and a large sunpad. Steps to starboard lead down to the upper deck. Aft, one finds sofa seating in a large lounge area and shaded al fresco formal dining area ahead. Forward of the wheelhouse is a Portuguese bridge with seating and sunpads. In her cockpit, we find a shaded al fresco lounge area and forward-facing bench seating. Steps on both sides leading down to the beach club area and aft-facing seating. There is the option to have a swimming pool at the rear of the cockpit instead.
She can accommodate 12 guests in six cabins. The final layout is for the owner to choose. However, the standard layout sees two double VIP suites and two twin-berth/double convertible cabins, all with en suite bathrooms, on the lower deck. Forward of the guest accommodation is the galley, crew mess, laundry and crew quarters. On the main deck, there is a full-beam owner's suite with his and hers bathrooms, forward. The suite has a lounge area and office space as well as a dressing room. Aft of the owner's suite is a double VIP suite. The lobby, pantry, and day heads separate the forward suites from the main saloon. Here one finds a formal dining area, forward, and a lounge area with sofa seating to the rear. On the upper deck, the wheelhouse and captain's cabin are forward, to the rear is the sky lounge.
The TANKOA T450 has on-deck tender stowage for the ship’s tender, PWC and rescue tender.
She is powered by two MAN D2862L1,429 hp diesel engines, these give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 15 knots. She has a cruising range of 4,000nm and is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
