A relatively young organisation, Fincantieri Yachts was created in 2005 and fuses some of the best in-house and external Italian shipbuilding talents. They combine integrated management of the engineering, manufacturing, construction and purchasing processes with the discipline to ensure exemplary risk management in terms of quality, cost control and optimisation of production and delivery timescales.
Their motto – ‘If you cream dream it, we can make it come true for you’ – bleeds through to all their projects. They have a huge network of specialised suppliers at its disposal who can meet the very specific demands of yacht owners, and it’s the combination of technological, engineering, and construction excellence that allows them to push boundaries.
Two of their most notable builds include the 133.9m SERENE delivered in 2011 and the 140m OCEAN VICTORY delivered in 2014, both built with concept designs from Espen Oeino and among the largest yachts in the world.
Fincantieri Yachts has two dedicated shipyards: the Muggiano-Riva Trigoso Integrated Shipyard, which specialises in construction of yachts from 70m to over 200m, and Arsenale Triestino San Marco (Trieste), which focuses on refit, repairs and conversions of any size of yachts.
