Royal Huisman
Established in 1884 as a builder of small wooden boats, Royal Huisman evolved into being one of the foremost builders of sailing and motor yachts in the world, blending 21st century technology with traditional craftsmanship. On the company’s 100th anniversary in 1984, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands bestowed Huisman Shipyard with the 'Royal' warrant, thus the Royal Huisman name.
Specialising in fully custom yachts, they have earned the reputation as the best of the best through continuously winning prestigious awards for design and innovation.
Royal Huisman employ over 350 individuals from skilled craftsmen to expert designers and technical engineers. Their main shipyard facilities can be found in Vollenhove shipyard facilities, with the addition of extended facilities in Amsterdam which focuses of Huisfit projects.
Among their most notable builds are the 88m SEA EAGLE and the 65m AQUARIUS.
