The 49.9m (163.7ft) ELENI was built by Italian yard CBI Navi. She has a steel hull and her superstructure is of aluminium construction. She was built in 2005 and had a refit in 2017-2019. Her naval architecture is by Luca Dini and CLM Engineering. Her exterior design is by Luca Dini while her interior styling is by Giorgio Radice. She was built to Lloyds Classification +100 A1 SSC, Yacht, Mono, G6, LMC & MCA Compliance (LY2).

ELENI has a large sun deck with relaxed low-level seating and sun lounger area, aft, a central covered gym that can be fully enclosed or opened, and forward is a wet bar area and a jacuzzi surrounded by a raised sunpad area. Forward, on the upper deck, is a Portuguese bridge and lounge area. The lounge area has C-shaped seating around a table and a sunpad forward. Aft, on the upper deck, is a covered al fresco formal dining area with bench seating with coffee tables around the rear. In the cockpit on the main deck, there is relaxed armchair seating around a central low table, there is also bench seating aft.

She can sleep 12 guests in 6 cabins. Four guest cabins are on the lower deck, two are double VIP cabins with queen-sized berths and en suite bathrooms, a third double and one twin berth cabin have en suite heads with separate shower compartments. Forward of the guest accommodation is the crew mess and accommodation. On the main deck the full-beam owner's suite is forward (accessed via a private office), it features a king-sized berth and has separate his and hers heads; one with a separate shower, the other with a bath. Both are accessed via an adjoining dressing room. Aft of the owner's suite is the foyer, day heads, and galley. The salon has a formal dining area forward and seating aft comprised of an L-shaped sofa and armchairs. The upper deck has the wheelhouse and captain's cabin forward, with a double VIP cabin and en suite heads amidships The sky lounge has relaxed seating and a wet bar area.

ELENI has a 6.4m (21ft) Castoldi jet tender with a 250hp inboard engine. She also has a 4.2m (13.8ft) Novurania Tender with a 25hp outboard. Toys on board include Sea-Doo 3 person Waverunner, two SeaBobs, SUPs, and a selection of towable toys, skis and wakeboards

ELENI is powered by two 2,200 hp Caterpillar 3516B engines. these give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots. She has a cruising range of over 4,000nm. She is fitted with zero speed fin stabilisers.
