Description

Built in 1969, NEREUS is a classic motor yacht that underwent a complete, nearly USD 20 million, rebuild that began in 2014 and finished in 2021. She was built in steel by Feadship De Voogt naval architects and has a deck made of steel plating and teak. Although completely rebuilt, she maintains her beautifully classic look

Her outdoor spaces include a flybridge, a very spacious and open-air sun deck, foredeck lounge, and a large aft lower-level cockpit. A touch of elegance is added with the high-gloss teak capped railings and fixtures that perfectly encapsulate the exterior

Her interior is configured to host 6 guests in 3 cabins. The main deck aft is an enclosed dining area with a 180 degree view of the water from the multitude of large windows, teak flooring, and space for 8 to 10 guests. Further inside is the main salon which is designed with comfortable sofas, a game table, an Apple TV, and many large windows, filling the already bright space with added natural light. Forward of the main deck is the formal dining area with a beautifully varnished table with seating for 8 guests

The master cabin is full-beam and located on lower deck aft. There is a master study and His and Her en suite. The other guest cabins include one queen and one twin, each with their own en suite. There are separate crew quarters forward for a crew of 5 or 6, including a captain’s cabin

She cruises at 12 knots with a top speed of 15 knots, powered by twin Diesel Caterpillar 3196’s each with an output of 660hp. Her maximum range is 6,100nm at 10.5 knots. NEREUS is equipped with zero speed stabilizers, SIMRAD electronics, and a reverse osmosis 2,000gpd watermaker
