RAY is a 2025 Numarine 32XP and the only yacht in the XP series delivered with full MCA LY3 compliance, Commercial Short Range status and Tier III MAN 800hp engines with SCR units. Built in steel with a GRP superstructure and styled by Can Yalman, she offers 299GT and around 330sqm of interior space.

Exceptionally quiet, she runs below 50dB which exceeds RINA COMF standards. With a 13.8-knot top speed, 12-knot cruise, and 4,000nm range at 8 knots, RAY delivers true explorer capability without stepping into a larger class.

The 60sqm sundeck is a full guest living area with a portside bar, shaded dining to starboard and a large aft lounge with wide, open views. A forward secondary helm remains discreetly positioned to preserve the deck’s guest focus.

The upper-deck aft carries a 7m RIB, two Jet Skis, a 3‑ton crane and a rescue crane; when deployed, this becomes a generous open terrace. Forward of the wheelhouse, a large lounge with bimini, cocktail table and twin sunpads creates a private retreat, bringing total exterior area on this level to 129sqm.

Inside, the upper‑deck lounge offers over 40sqm of relaxed living with a custom bar, sofa area, day head and direct access to the captain’s cabin which is unique within the 32XP series.

Aft, the beach club provides seating, a bar, dedicated storage and a day head for easy water access.

The main saloon features a U‑shaped lounge, freestanding chair and a 60” TV, with an eight‑seat dining area forward framed by illuminated marble panels. A fully equipped galley connects via pantry and includes a dumb waiter serving the upper deck and sundeck. On the main deck, an air‑conditioned gym sits to starboard with full‑height glass for sea views.

The full‑beam owner’s suite spans over 30sqm, with a king bed, 55” TV, desk and seating area. A large dressing room leads to the ensuite, finished in marble with a glass-fronted shower and continuous fresh-air supply.

The lower deck includes two VIP cabins with queen beds and marble ensuites, plus two twin cabins, each with TVs, storage and refined ensuite bathrooms.

Crew access is via the galley. The captain’s cabin sits on the upper deck, and the dedicated crew area includes a well-equipped mess, laundry, storage and systems monitoring.
