RENAISSANCE Motor yacht for sale

RENAISSANCE is a 35-metre motor yacht with a raised pilothouse, a hardtop sundeck and two main decks of guest accommodation. Built by the Hargrave shipyard and delivered in 2016, she is constructed in fibreglass with a semi-displacement hull configuration designed by JB Hargrave and Jack Sarin.

The sundeck is a mezzanine space with a flybridge helm and passenger seats up front, a large dinette and sit-up bar amidships, a jacuzzi tub with sunpad cushions, another bar and an L-shaped lounge aft, and an open deck with sun loungers plus stowage for small watercraft astern.

The foredeck is also an outdoor space for guests to enjoy with seats around a table, a parasol for shade and day bed cushions on the bow. The main deck aft, which can be fully enclosed, has built-in banquette seats aft and a large, varnished wooden table.

Her interior is designed to host up to 11 guests on board in five cabins. The main saloon is finished in high-gloss varnished wood with some finely crafted joinery. A central cabinet and glass screen separate the lounge area, located aft with a sofa and four armchairs, from the formal dining room which has an eight-seat table. Forward of the dining room is the galley.

The master suite is a full-beam cabin up front on the main deck with large windows on both sides, a king size bed facing aft on the centreline and an en suite bathroom in the bow. The other four guest cabins and the separate crew’s quarters are on the lower deck.

Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 diesels with a combined 3,800hp, she cruises at 18kts with a top speed of 23kts.
