The RIVA 54M is a 54m (177.2ft) yacht built by Riva, part of the Ferretti Group. She benefits from fold-down terraces – that increase the guest deck space to 345sqm (3,714 sqft), sleek looks and an onboard pool. Her exterior design is by Officina Italiana Design while her interior styling is the choice of the owner. She is built to Lloyds Register + 100A1 SSC Yacht, MONO, G6, + LMC Reg Yacht Code, Part A Statement of Compliance.

She has large exterior areas on four decks. Uppermost is the sun deck. There is a forward jacuzzi and sunpad that are partly shaded by the hardtop. Beneath the hardtop is a wet bar area, an al fresco formal dining area and sofa seating. To the rear is a central sunpad, and sun lounger area. The upper deck has an al fresco formal dining area on the aft deck. To the rear is an al fresco lounge area. There is a further al fresco lounge area on the Portuguese bridge area forward of the wheelhouse. Here there’s an L-shaped aft-facing seating area on each side and a forward-facing seat. The cockpit has high fold-down bulwarks to extend the al fresco lounge area. There is a wet bar area at the entrance to the main saloon. Aft steps lead to the lower beach club area. Here, too, high fold-down bulwarks extend the deck area around the central 4.4m (14.4ft) swimming pool.

She can accommodate 10 guests in five double suites. The guest accommodation is on the lower deck and has four en suite double VIP cabins. The guest cabins are accessed via the lower lobby which is served by a lift. Forward of the guest accommodation is the crew mess and accommodation. Aft of the engine room is the RIVA 54M’s beach club. Here, there’s a steam shower, and hammam. She has a main deck owner's suite. It is entered via a private office. There is a walk-in wardrobe to the rear of the suite, and forward are his and hers bathrooms that are connected by an adjoining shower room. Aft of the owner's suite are the yacht’s galley, day heads and entrance foyer and main saloon. The saloon has a formal dining area and lounge area. The sky lounge, on the upper deck, has sofa seating.

The RIVA 54M has a foredeck tender garage that can accommodate a 7m (22.9ft), two PWC, and a selection of water toys.

The RIVA 54M can be powered by either twin 1,700hp MTU 12V2000 M86 engines or twin 1,920hp MTU 12V2000 M96L engines, each offering a cruising speed of 14 knots and maximum speeds of 16.5 knots or 18 knots respectively.
