If you’ve never cruised Norway, prepare to be amazed. The scenery, carved by ice ages, is on a majestic scale. Encounters with wildlife etch themselves into your memory. Adrenaline sports fans love it and Nordic cuisine, which has taken the world by storm, is at its finest and freshest right here.
ASTERIA’s interiors have been sensitively restored to preserve her character, but her guests want for nothing. On the sundeck, you’ll find a large jacuzzi where you can soak as you admire the midnight sun, surrounded by sunpads where you can gaze up at a star-studded sky.
The bridge deck aft is home to many of the yacht’s toys. With those launched it becomes a vast entertainment space for you and your guests. The boat deck below has walkaround side decks so you can fully appreciate your surroundings, and aft is open-air dining for 16 guests. Double doors open onto the main lounge with a huge U-shaped sofa opposite a more intimate armchair lounge. Rows of picture windows line each side, and there’s a bar to keep the conversation flowing.
The main deck aft is a wide-open deck space perfect for yoga in the morning and entertainment in the evening. Inside, you’ll find a media lounge for movie nights and forward of that is a formal dining room for celebrations.
Her toy locker is vast. As well as a fully enclosed 8.5m (27.9ft) Northwind tender and a 6.5m (21.3ft) jet tender, she has jetskis, kayaks, SUPs, sailing dinghies, wakeboards, waterskis, kitesurfs, dive gear and compressors for rendezvous diving, snorkelling gear and big game fishing equipment. There’s a full beach set-up and even a golf practice range.
Your master suite is forward on the boat deck and has an en suite with bath and shower room, dressing room and lounge. Your guests’ are on the main deck with two VIP double suites forward, a third double cabin, one twin cabin and a convertible cabin. There is also accommodation for two adventure guides, and her at-anchor stabilisers ensure that everyone sleeps well.
ASTERIA and her crew can show you the very best of this remarkable cruising ground, so what are you waiting for?
