73.5m DYTAN for sale

Burgess is delighted to announce that the 73.5m (241.2ft) Northern European DYTAN is now on the market with Burgess. Her asking price is EUR 75,000,000.

Built by German shipyard Nobiskrug and delivered in 2012 (later refitted in 2019), DYTAN represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most capable and extensively cruised yachts in her class. Designed by Reymond Langton Design and built in steel and aluminium to Germanischer Lloyd's class, she has completed a circumnavigation, cruising extensively throughout Alaska, Costa Rica, the Galápagos, French Polynesia, Bali, the Maldives and South Africa.

Interior and exterior spaces

DYTAN boasts sprawling deck spaces inside and out, bolstered by an exceptional 2.5m headroom throughout. Interiors are Asian-inspired and benefit from a glass elevator serving all decks for seamless movement on board. Additional guest amenities include a private cinema, gym, beach club with massage and steam rooms, and a variety of lounge and entertainment spaces.

Exterior spaces are arranged across multiple deck levels and include a helipad, jacuzzi, substantial deck areas for dining and entertaining, an outdoor cinema and a large swim platform with a floating beach club setup. DYTAN also carries an extensive inventory of tenders and watertoys, including a 10m open limousine tender, 8m RIB, two jet skis, three SeaBobs and diving equipment.
