Burgess is pleased to announce that LUMIR, a 37m Heesen, is now for sale. Combining Northern European pedigree with sleek exterior design, she has an asking price of AUD 9,750,000 (tax paid).

Built by the iconic Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2005, LUMIR benefitted from an extensive refit in 2013, followed by a continuous programme of major upgrades and works carried out under her current ownership between 2022 and 2026. A rare combination of performance, volume, and refined on board living, her aluminium construction showcases the expertise for which the Dutch yard is so renowned. With a sleek and head-turning profile, her clean lines, expansive deck spaces, and large windows that bathe the interior in natural light make her an attractive opportunity on today's market.
