New IYCA short-term leases and discounted longer leases

A limited number of berths are now available with five-year lease options at the IYCA.
Previously, berths were being offered for lease terms of 10, 15, and 18 years. Exceptionally, and for a limited period only, we are excited to announce that the IYCA has agreed to offer these berths with a new five-year lease option. In tandem, the prices for the longer leases (15 and 18 years) have also been discounted to invite interested parties to enter into longer agreements this side of summer, making this the best opportunity to secure yourself a berth at the Mediterranean’s most sought-after marina.
