Francesca holds a BSc in International Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University, a degree focused on sustainability, intercultural communication, and real-world business challenges. She also completed Graduate Business Training at Quest Professional, where she gained practical skills in administration, organisation, and leadership.

Francesca started at Burgess as the welcoming face of the London office, managing daily operations and always greeting clients with professionalism and a warm smile. She has since gone on to join the brokerage department where she provides invaluable support to the team.

Having grown up in the countryside, Francesca enjoys outdoor pursuits including skiing, playing sports, and exploring new destinations, whether by the sea or in the Derbyshire Dales with her dogs.
