Mayte joined Burgess’ Palma office in June 2024. After completing her Diploma in Tourism and holding a master’s degree in International Assistant Management from the Business, Marketing & Communication School in Barcelona, Mayte started her career at sea on board luxury cruise ships as a crew member leading the Spa Department. After six years on board, she moved to Palma to focus her career on different areas of the tourism industry such as vehicle charter, customer experience and a Leading Hotels of the World staff member.

Outside of work her passions include travelling and enjoying time off relaxing in the secret places of the beautiful island of Mallorca.
