Thibault joined the Burgess Brokerage team in London in 2014 before relocating to the Monaco office in 2016. His experience as a Yacht Marketing Manager, overseeing sales campaigns for the Burgess Central Agency fleet, complements his current role as a Sales Broker and provides him with a unique perspective on both the marketing and transactional aspects of yacht sales.

With an impressive track record and extensive market expertise, Thibault has successfully concluded transactions involving yachts from more than 15 shipyards across the globe, spanning both new-build and brokerage opportunities, acting for buyers and sellers. His in-depth understanding of the international yacht market, combined with a results-driven approach, enables him to consistently secure the best possible outcomes for his clients. Dedicated, proactive and highly committed, he is known for going above and beyond throughout every stage of a transaction.

A native of the South of France, Thibault has been passionate about sailing from an early age. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, he combines his lifelong connection to the sea with an international outlook and strong client relationships. Outside of work, he is a keen sportsman and enjoys an active lifestyle.
