Caroline is an extremely experienced charter manager, joining Burgess in 1994 where she worked in the Brokerage and Marketing departments before settling in the Charter Management team. She currently manages five yachts ranging between 43m and 112m, with RENAISSANCE being the largest yacht in Burgess’ charter fleet. Among the yachts she manages, there are also some long-standing members including SILVER DREAM which joined Burgess’ charter fleet in 2001 and SIREN which joined in 2009.

For Caroline, memorable career highlights include looking after the beautiful classic motor yacht FAIR LADY (a yacht Burgess managed for charter for many years), sailing about the iconic MALTESE FALCON and MIRABELLA V (the largest single-masted sailing yacht ever built) and racing aboard a yacht she managed at the St Barths Bucket. But when it comes down to it, it’s the long-lasting relationships with the owners and the crew that make her job so rewarding.

Prior to joining Burgess Caroline studied and worked in Switzerland for four years. She is a full Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) member and has sailed throughout her life. When she is not working or travelling, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s walking her dog in the countryside or being aboard her wooden motor launch on the water with friends and family.
