Originally from Latvia, Elina graduated from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration in 2011 with honours in business administration and foreign languages.

With her passion for discovery, she moved to the South of France to start her professional yachting career in 2012 where she spent six years working for a yacht broker in yacht charter and sales management. Elina joined the Burgess Charter Management team in 2018, where she continues to bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.

Elina has five yachts under her management ranging from 40-60m, including the iconic catamaran HEMISPHERE. Part of the Burgess fleet since 2011, HEMISPHERE has completed three world tours, crossed from the Caribbean to Central America, and has cruised extensively everywhere from Southeast Asia to Norway.

In her free time, Elina loves spending time outdoors to keep fit, and has a passion for both winter and summer sports.
