Monika Searle is a Monaco-based charter broker with Burgess, arranging luxury yacht charters worldwide. Before moving into brokerage, she spent eleven years working aboard superyachts ranging from 40m to 160m, gaining first-hand insight into life on board, exceptional service and the details that make a yacht charter truly memorable.

For Monika, successful charter planning begins with understanding her clients and building long-term relationships based on trust, honest advice and personal attention. Patient and approachable, she particularly enjoys guiding first-time charterers.

While arranging charters across the globe, Monika has a particular enthusiasm for experiences beyond the traditional yacht holiday, including adventure-filled voyages, extended sabbaticals, multigenerational family holidays and destinations off the beaten track. Whether planning a classic Mediterranean summer or a more unconventional journey, her focus remains the same: finding the right yacht and creating a personalised experience that reflects each client's interests and expectations.

Monika holds a Master's degree in Corporate Marketing and Management from the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, alongside qualifications in nutrition and wellness. Outside of yachting, she enjoys exploring new destinations, motorbike road trips, and great food.
