Ella joined Burgess in January 2026 as a Business and Strategy Associate, working on group strategy and the development of the business.
She grew up sailing dinghies on the Isle of Wight and spent her teenage summers teaching sailing. Ella studied Economic History at the University of Edinburgh, including a year on exchange in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Burgess, Ella worked in investment banking in London, specialising in the Consumer sector and gaining broad experience in financial analysis and transaction execution.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys cooking, running and listening to music.
