Ju joined Burgess in April 2026. Prior to joining the company, she spent 30 years in the finance and pension industry, where she developed extensive expertise in onboarding, compliance and payments. Ju's banking career culminated in her role as a bank manager before she decided to pursue a new professional challenge and transitioned into Human Resources in March 2023.

Drawing on her broad experience across both financial services and HR, Ju brings a strong understanding of people, processes and client service to her role at Burgess. Her diverse professional background enables her to approach challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent support.

Outside of work, Ju enjoys health, fitness and personal development. She is a qualified fitness instructor, open water diver and has studied interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys watching rugby as a former Island player, walking her dog Harli and socialising with friends.
