Bella joined Burgess in 2023, initially as the friendly face on reception, where she quickly earned a reputation for keeping things running smoothly. Her calm, can-do attitude and natural rapport with people soon led to a move into the Insurance team.

With a background in high-end events – from intimate private dinners and brand activations to major festivals – Bella brings a strong sense of service excellence, attention to detail, and relationship-building.

Raised in Cornwall, Bella has always felt drawn to the sea. Her role at Burgess allows her to align her professional path with a lifelong personal passion. Outside of work, she enjoys coastal adventures, discovering new restaurants, and experimenting with recipes from her ever-growing cookbook collection.
