Richard Shead joined Burgess in 2016 as brokerage sales and marketing manager, responsible for the marketing activities across the global brokerage team. Prior to joining Burgess, Richard worked at the British Marine Federation as export manager and had a successful 16 year career at Time Inc. (UK) Ltd as head of marketing for their diverse marine portfolio. He is an active committee member of Superyacht UK and has extensive experience of global yacht shows and events. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his young family, running, skiing and messing about in boats.
