Originally from Puerto Rico, Beatriz moved to the greater Boston area to attend Babson College, where she earned a degree in business management. After graduation, she spent a year at a consulting firm in Boston, gaining experience in IT and project management before transitioning into yachting.

Over the next three years, Beatriz worked as a deckhand aboard yachts ranging from 40m to 60m, gaining firsthand experience in vessel operations and life at sea. Looking to combine her business background with her yachting experience, she transitioned ashore to build a long-term career in yacht management.

Beatriz is fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether swimming, golfing, kitesurfing, practicing yoga or exploring new places.
