Charlie joined the Burgess Yacht Management team in 2024 after twenty years at sea. He grew up in a naval family in the south of England and has spent his entire life either on or near the water. He graduated from Exeter University with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography before embarking on a career in yachting. Over the past twenty years, he has worked on both private and charter sailing and motor vessels, cruising worldwide. Charlie’s last command was an 82m motor yacht and he holds a Master (Yachts) 3,000GT certificate.
