Janina has had a varied career, from working for Sussex Police to running her own businesses – including building and operating a 10,000sqft indoor skatepark. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she eventually discovered her passion for sailing while working for an RYA Sea School in Chichester, where she completed her Competent Crew and Helmsman courses.

Janina is now excited to bring her diverse experience to the compliance team at Burgess, where she looks forward to deepening her knowledge and embracing a new chapter in yachting.

Outside of work, she enjoys sailing, pub quizzes, skiing, and cheering on her sons at cricket.
